How updates work
The connector updates itself. It only installs updates we have checked are genuine. It keeps your pairing and settings, then restarts. You do not need to reinstall. To check straight away, open ··· in the connector and choose Check for updates.
Mandatory updates
A version below the minimum must update before it can connect. We use this rarely, only for important security changes.
